Open Letter
Dear Kindergartener,
I am proud of the person you have become in our short time together in one of the world’s most respected universities for business, education, intelligence and social studies. As we decide on what we become in the future, we must develop our objective reasoning capacity to understand the challenges we face each and every day we are gifted with. Our vision, Our rights, Our values. These things give us the moral courage to work not to settle for anything less than excellence in delivering a good finished product that can make us serve each other and humanity. People of KindergartenU, students, stakeholders, and teachers, I encourage you to engage in forward thinking conversations on how being leaders of good conscience takes us from being underprivileged to being understood.
Throughout history, information has been handed down from generation to generation and has now the world has come of age. Speaking from 34 years of experience, I ask one key question “Should Google control our lives?” We are more engaged in solving the Innovators Dilemma today than ever before. We are finding new methods to solve society’s greatest problems by thinking progressively on leadership, mental health and wealth creation and the same motivation we have for solving these problems will be just as important as the discovery of these new challenges.
Our capabilities have evolved from complete ignorance to knowing how to predict a better future for people in developing countries with little to no support in sustaining themselves to economically bridging the income gap between 1st and 3rd world countries. We are not of victims of change but catalysts. Catalysts who ethically consider the objectives of this change being implemented with respect to its results.
Above all, our mutual respect for all people notwithstanding their race, gender, ability, orientation or background has never been stronger. With this being part of our mission, its incredible what we can achieve together each and every day with the help of God and the hard work of our fellows.
Thank you,
Best wishes.
